6 large potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces (skin on)1 Cup (nonfat) milk4 tbsp Smart Balance buttery spread 3 tbsp salt2 tbsp pepper

Wash and cut potatoes and steam until fork-soft.
Place steamed potatoes into a large bowl and add butter spread, salt, pepper, and milk.
