Easy Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 Cup Whole wheat pasta1 Cup fresh pepper (whatever colour) chopped1 Shallot chopped1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Cook the pasta.
While the pasta is cooking, chop pepper and Shallot.
Once the pasta is cooked and drained, put in containner.
Add peppers, shallot, and olive oil. Mix together.
Season as desired (I put a bit of salt, pepper, and oregano)
Chill in refrigerator until the pasta is cold.
(To speed the chilling process, pass drained pasta under cold water before adding other ingredients.)
