Crockpot Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
2 cans of cream of chicken soup1/2 cup water1/4 c lemon juice1TBSP dijon mustard1 1/2 tsp garlic powder8 caroots peeled and cut 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (slice thin)Bag of egg noodles
Directions
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 c lemon juice
1TBSP dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
8 caroots peeled and cut
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (slice thin)
Bag of egg noodles
Mix all ingredients except egg noodles in bowl
Pour over chicken in crockpot
Add Carrots
Cook on low all day
Make egg noodles on stove according to pkg directions. Drain. Serve finished chicken and carrots over egg noodles and top with a sprinkle of fresh pepper
