I made this cake, but replaced the buttermilk with 1/4 cup skim. Very good cake! - 4/21/12

I made this last night. I also used Splenda brown sugar blend (1/4 cup) and Splenda for baking instead of sugar since my husband is diabetic. I also used egg beaters instead of eggs. I was expecting it to taste more like a cake, but it was just like a more moist banana bread. I made it 12 servin - 4/8/10

Very good. Kids and DH liked--almost as well as traditional banana bread. Not too wet--just right in moisture. - 1/1/10

Really good - my kids loved it. I used Splenda brown sugar blend (1/4 c) instead of regular brown and egg beaters instead of regular egg to decrease calories even more. Cut into 15 generous pieces for only 3 Weight Watchers points each. - 4/5/09
