Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake, 1 crust, single 9" Onions, raw, 1 medium - choppedMushrooms, canned, 1 cup *Flour, white, .1/4 cup Baking Powder, .1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Milk, 2%, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 3 large Cheddar Cheese, 3 oz shreddedMuenster Cheese, 1 - 2oz shredded
*Use a deep dish pie crust for this recipe!*
Bake pie crust with beans or pie weights inside until light brown @ 350. Saute mushrooms and onions in oil until lightly browned. Place into baked pie shell and sprinkle chredded cheese on top. Mix dry ingredients and then add milk, a little at a time, making sure that all flour becomes blended well. Pour over pie crust and bake @ 350 for 40 - 45 minutes until lightly browned.
