Left-Over Tuna & Mac Salad

Ingredients
2 x 12 oz cans of tuna packed in water1 70z box small elbow macaroni2 celery stalks, chopped finely1 granny smith apple, chopped to match celery1/4 Red Onion, chopped to match celery4 baby carrots, shredded1/4 cup 2% grated sharp cheddar cheese1/4 cup Green Pepper, chopped to match celery2 TBLs freshly ground black pepper6 TBL pickle Relish1/2 Yellow Onion, chopped to match celery1 tsp garlic powder5 Tbls Dijon Mustard5 Tbls Lite Mayonnaise5 Tbls Regular Mayonnaise
Directions
Boil & drain the pasta into a large bowl
Chop all ingredients and add to the bowl.
Mix mayonnaises, mustard, garlic powder, pepper and relish in a small bowl until well combined. Add this to the large bowl, Mix and refriderate at least 2 hours for best flavors.

Serving size is based upon a 1/2 cup serving.
