Kickin' Mayo-free Egg Salad

Ingredients
2 slices whole wheat bread1 large hard boiled egg2 five inch stalks of fresh celery2 teaspoons Grey Poupon Deli Style Mustard with HorseradishSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Slice or chop the celery into small pieces. Place in bowl with egg and mash it all together with a fork. Add about two teaspoons (add more or less according to your taste) of the horseradish mustard. Sprinkle with salt and fresh ground pepper and stir to combine. Scoop the mixture onto your bread and to make a sandwich. Enjoy!
