Mexican Turkey Goulash

Ingredients
4 oz ground turkey1 cup brown rice pasta1 large baby zucchini1/2 cup diced green bell pepper1/2 cup diced red bell pepper1/3 cup of reduced fat shredded cheddar3 tbsp of salsa
Directions
bring water to boil and add pasta
dice bell peppers and add to wok
cut baby zucchini and add to wok
add 2 tsp of olive oil and put heat on med
cook veggies through

add ground turkey to skillet and cook till brown

in a bowl add ground turkey, vegetables, pasta, salsa and cheddar cheese...toss to coat salsa and cheese...

I added hot sauce for a bit more heat...it was fab
and enjoy!
