PB2 Apple Crisp

Ingredients
filling:2 c dehydrated apples2 c water1/2 t cinnamon1/4 t nutmegtopping:1 c quick oats1/2 c PB2 (powdered peanut butter)1/2 c erythritol2 t SweetLeaf stevia extract1/4 c butter1/4 c fat free Promise
Directions
Pour boiling water over apple slices and let sit 10 minutes to rehydrate (or use 4 c fresh apples). Add cinnamon and nutmeg and place in an 8x8 baking dish.

Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl until crumbly. Spread over the filling.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
(If using fresh apples, bake approx 45 minutes.)
