Vegan Quick Minestrone

Ingredients
canned cannellini beans, 15 oz canOrganic Vegetable Broth, 5 cups Elbows Pasta, 1/2 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 clove Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped Swiss Chard, 2.5 cup, chopped Tomatoes (stewed), 2 cup Green Beans (snap), 1 cup Zucchini, 1.5 cup, sliced Savoy or Napa cabbage, 1 cup choppedOlive Oil, 2 1tsp Thyme, fresh, 3 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
dice onions, carrots and chard stems. Saute in olive oil for about 10 minutes until onions are translucent. Add minced garlic and thyme. Stir for another minute.
Add vegetable broth and pint of canned tomatoes. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. Add chard that has been torn into bite sized pieces, chopped savoy cabbage leaves, green beans and zucchini.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add pasta and drained, rinsed beans.
Simmer until pasta is cooked through. Season with black pepper and salt if desired.
