Stuffed Cabbage

Ingredients
8 wilted cabbage leaves3 10oz cans tomatoe soup10 oz. water1 cup minute rice1 1/2 lbs ground beef1 slightly beaten eggsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
mix soup and water in dutch oven. mix rice, beef, egg and salt and pepper. Cut core out of wilted or par boiled cabbage leaves. spoon meat mixture into one end of leaves, roll cabbage around mix and place into soup. cover and cook about 1 hour or until meat and rice is done.

also if you like you can put extra cabbage on top of roll for extra flavor and cabbage. Make 4 - 4 oz servings
