Extra Lean Meatloaf

Ingredients
2.5 lbs Ground Beef.5 cups Onion, Chopped5 Garlic Cloves, Chopped2 Large Eggs1 Serving Cheez-it's, crushedFew Dashes of Worchestire SauceSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Pre-heat over to 450.

Combine all ingredients and let sit. Combine again and place in baking pan--shape into a loaf.

Bake at 450 for 20 minutes, reduce heat to 375 and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

(OPTIONAL: Top with a mixture of ketchup, bbq sauce and worchestire)
