Ingredients
2 large russet potatoes1 tsp olive oil or olive oil sprayBlack pepper to tasteGarlic salt to tasteDash salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2.. Cut potatoes into thin strips
3. Toss with olive oil or olive oil spray
4. Arrange in one layer on a cookie sheet
5. Bake for 25 minutes or until desired doneness
6. Season, toss, and serve.

    I make these all the time. I use a variety of toppings depending on the rest of the meal. My list includes garlic powder or season salt, sometimes Parmesan cheese, etc. You can use your imagination. They are easy and delicious., - 11/18/13
