Portabella Mushrooms 6 medium size capsGround beef, lean, 6 ozOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedBread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cupOlive Oil, 2 tbspRosemary, dried, 1 tbspMexican cheese blend, reduced fat, 3 oz
Brush a little bit of the oil on the portabella mushrooms and season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Grilled the mushrooms for one or two minutes per side. Put in a oven safe container.
In the same pot, add beef, onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Stir and let cook for about four or five minutes until almost cooked.
Pour beef mix over mushrooms and cover with half ounce cheese easch and bake for about five minutes or until cheese is browned and melted.
Six servings.
