Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
2 T. olive oil1 c. chopped onion2 c. fresh mushrooms1 lb. extra lean ground beef1 t. basil1 t. ground nutmeg2 T. Steak Seasoning2 T. flour1 c. water1 c. reduced fat sour cream
Directions
Cook ground beef till done, drain and set aside. Saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil in a separate pan till onions are transluscent. Add nutmeg, steak seasoning, and about 1/4 c. water. Heat till boiling, add flour and stir to make a rue. Add the rest of the water and cook till thickened, then add ground beef and heat. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.
