Quinoa Corn and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
5 ears of corn2 teaspoons garlic minced1/3 cup red wine vinegar1/3 cup evoo1 1/2 cups quinoa1 pint grape tomatos1/2 red onion1 bunch basil chiffonadesalt and pepper
Directions
1. Preheat the grill on high. Oil the corn and grill until browned on all sides.
2. Removed from grill and cut kernels off the cob.
3. Cook quinoa according to package directions.
3. Whisk together garlic, vinegar, evoo and lemon juice.
4. Toss the corn and remaining ingredients. Top with the vinegar.
5. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
