broccoli and cauliflower salad

Ingredients
1 bunch broccoli1 head cauliflower1 med/large onion8 oz colby low fat cheese1 pound bacon1 cup lite mayo1/4 cup splenda or less to taste2 Tabls. white vinegar
Directions
cut stems off broccoli and make floretts into bite sized pieces. cut core off cauliflower and make florettes into bite sized pieces. dice onion, cut bacon into 1/2 inch pieces and fry till crisp, drainning greese after cooked. cube cheese into 1/2 inches pieces. toss all ingredients into large bowl. take remaining ingredients mayo, splenda and white vinegar put into container that seels well and shake till suger is mixed well, pour over veggies, cheese, and bacon, mix well and eat.
Makes about 10 1/2 cup servings

    I used 1/3 cup of Splenda, only 4 oz. of Cheese (light) and substituted bacon bits (simmulated) for the pound of bacon. Extremely tasty! Thanks for the recipe - 3/19/07
