Grilled Tuna with Orange Curry Sauce

Ingredients
Spice Rub:16 oz. Ahi Tuna Steaks1 tsp. Curry Powder1/2 tsp. Salt1/8 tsp. Cayenne1 Tbsp. Vegetable OilOrange Curry Sauce:1/4 cup Plain Non-Fat Yogurt1 Tbsp. Orange Marmalade1 tsp. curry powderDash cayenne powder
Directions
1. Heat grill. Rinse tuna with cold water; pat dry with paper towels. Set aside.

2. In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp. curry powder, salt, and 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper. Brush tuna with oil; rub with spice blend on both sides.

3. Grill fish 8 to 10 minutes turning once. Do not overcook; tuna will be pink in center when removed from heat.

4. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Serve grilled tuna with drizzled sauce.
