GUILT FREE SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

Ingredients
3 Kraft Pepperjack Cheese slices (2% low fat)1/2 cup Frozen Spinach4 Tbsp fat free mayo1 can Artichoke Hearts4 Tbsp Light Sour Cream3 Tsp Parmesian Cheese (light low fat)
Directions
Drain artichoke hearts and chop up fine (food processors works great.)
Heat frozen spinach in microwave for 3 min. remove and squeeze all of the water out.
Add all the ingredients except the cheese in a bowl and mix well.
Put ingredients in a tin bundt cake pan, break up cheese slices and lay them on top.
Bake in 350` oven for thirty minutes.
