Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Chicken Breast (boneless and skinless)2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 1/2 Cups water1 6oz box of Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice1 medium carrot chopped
Directions
mix together soup, water, rice, seasoning packet and carrots in a crockpot. add chicken and turn once to coat. cook on low setting for 7-8 hours. The time will work for both fresh, and frozen chicken. It will make 5 servings (1 piece of chicken and 1 cup of the rice, carrots and sauce mixture)
