The Anti-Pizza

* Salt, 1 tsp * Tuna, Canned in Light Oil, 1/2 can * *Flour, white, 1 2/3 cup * Parsley, 8 tbsp * Onions, raw, 1 tbsp slivered * Egg, fresh, 1 large + 1 white * Cabbage, fresh, .25 cup, shredded * Garlic, 3 cloves, minced * Water, aprox. 1/2 cup
mix flour, water, salt and large egg to form doùgh. kneed until elastic.
divide into 4 peices for personal pizzas or keep whole for a family pizza.
roll out until very thin.
spread thin layer of egg whites on the dough. (for extra flavor and some heat, add chili powder!!)
sprinkle garlic and onion on the eggwhites.
top with parsley, tuna and cabbage.
bake for 5-10 minutes, until the bottom is brown and the vegetables wilted.
