Breakfast pizza

Ingredients
Boboli pizza crust 8"olive oil8 large eggsdash of milk1 cup spinach, frozen8- 10 sausage links12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, part skim
Directions
preheat oven 350 F
brush olive oil over pizza crust
put in oven 10 minutes

mean while in large pan
scramble eggs and dash of milk
while doing this put links in micorwave
(as instructed on box)
drain spinach in strainer over sink.
cut sausage into 4ths and add
the sausage and spinach in the
eggs before they are fully done

the pizza crust should be ready
if not put aside until done.
once done put everything in pan
on the pizza crust, spread evenly

last put cheese over the top of
everything and put back in the oven
leave in the oven until cheese is melted
should be about 10 minutes
cool then cut into 8ths and serve
