Light Creamed Tuna on toast

Ingredients
3 tblsp of light margarine3 tblsps = 1/3 c of flourdash, pepper2 cups of skim milk
Directions
Place 3 tblsp light margarine, let melt then add in flour to make a rue. then add milk and pepper and stir until gets thick add in 6ozs of tuna in water, drain and cook until hot serve over toast.
