2 CANS SLICED BEETS1/4 CUP OF RED WINE VINEGAR1/4 CUP OF BALSAMICA VINEGAR

DRAIN ONE CAN OF BEETS . PUT BOTH CANS IN SAUCEPAN . ADD BOTH VINEGARS AND SPLENDA. BRING TO A BOIL IF YOUSING ELECTRIC STOVE TURN OFF NOW. OTHERWISE SIMMER 5 MINUTES. COOL . PUT IN FRIDGE TO CHILL. YOU CAN USE REGULAR SUGAR ADD IN THE CALORIES. WE LIKE ARE BEETS SWEET. YOU MIGHT WANT TO LOWER SPLENDA TO 3/4 OR 1/2 CUP. THIS MAKES 7 - 1/2 CUP SERVINGS
