Energy Balls

Ingredients
1/2 cup rasins1/2 cup dried apricots1/2 cup chopped dates3/4 cup dried, fruit juice-sweetened cranberries3/4 cup pecans1 cup blanced almonds1/4 cup rolled oats1/4 cup orange juice, no pulp1/2 cup date sugar
Directions
Makes 2.5 Dozen

-combine dried fruit, nuts, and oats in food processor and pulse until coarse, about 1 minute.
-add juice and pulse again until mixture sticks together, about 15 seconds.
-Form little balls with the mixture, then roll in date sugar for a sweet coating.
