Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, 0.50 cup, sliced Marsala wine, 2 fl oz Salt and pepper chickenPut half of oil in pan and brown chicken and then cook on medium heat until chicken is done.Remove from pan.Add the other half of olive oil.Add onions and begin to saute. Add mushrooms and continue to cook add wine and cook down.Spoon over chicken and serve.
