Corn Chowder

Ingredients
4 bacon slices, diced1 1/4 cups onion,diced4 cups potato, unpeeled and grated2 cups chicken broth1 cup carrot grated1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp celery salt2 cups 1% milk1 can (14oz) creamed corn1 can(14 oz) kernel corn2 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Directions
Saute bacon and onion in a large saucepan until onion is soft, Do not drain. Add potato, broth carrot pepper and celery salt. Stir. Cover and cook until potato and carrot are tender, Do not drain Add milk and corn stir to heat through. Garnish individual servings with parsley. Serves 10 (1 cup)
