Chinese Chicken-Noodle Salad

4 oz angel hair pasta, uncooked1 c. diagonally sliced fresh snow peas2 c (3/4 lb) shredded cooked chicken breast, skinned and boned1/2 c. diced red bell pepper1/4 c. sliced green onions1 medium cucumber, peeled & halved lengthwise3 T. teriyaki sauce2 T. rice vinegar2 t. sesame seeds, toasted1 t. dark sesame oil1/4 t. pepper
Break pasta into 5" pieces. Cook in boiling water 2 minutes. Add snow peas; cook an additional minute. Drain and rinse under cold, running water; drain well. Combine pasta mixture chicken and next 3 ingredients in a bowl; set aside. Combine teriyaki sauce and next 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Pour over pasta mixture, and toss well. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Makes 3 servings.
