Oat bran muffins with raspberries

Ingredients
2 cups Quaker Oat Bran Hot Cereal, uncooked2.5 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend2 tsp baking powder1 cup 1% milk2 egg whites2 tbsp molasses (or honey)2 tbsp canola oil3/4 cup frozen raspberries
Directions
Heat oven to 425. Spray bottoms of 12 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients; mix well. Combine milk, egg whites, molasses and oil. Add to dry ingredients and mix just until moistened. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15-17 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
