Cambell's Tomato Juice (46 oz can)Sliced Carrots (14.5 oz can)Whole Kernel Corn-no salt added (15.25 oz can)Cut Green Beans-no salt added (14.5 oz can)Lima Beans (14.5 oz can)Sweet Peas-no salt added (14.5 oz can)2 medium potatoes, cubedMorning Star Veggie Crumbles (12 oz bag)1/2 tbsp of ground ginger (optional)
Directions
Just throw all ingredients into a large crockpot/slowcooker and simmer on low for 6-8 hours. *easy, filling, and delicious*
