Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 tlb sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 beaten egg1 cup buttermilk or sour milk2 tlb canola oil
Directions
Mix all ingrediants with a wire whip. Cook in a skillet as usual. Makes 4 servings.
