Basic Brown Bread (breadmaker)

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups waterheaped 1 3/4 cups whole wheat bread flour1 3/4 cups white bread flour1 tblsp skim milk powder1 1/2 teaspoon salt2 teasspoons sugar 2 tblsps butter diced1 tsp instant dry yeast
Directions
Pour the water into the bread pan. Sprinkle each type of flour over in turn, covering the water completely. Sprinkle the milk powder over the flour. Place the salt, sugar and butter in separate corners of the pan. Make a small indent in the middle of the flour and add the yeast. Close the lid and set the machine to "Basic White"/ Normal or "Whole Wheat" then select the loaf size and crust type. Press Start. After baking remove the brad pan from the machine and turn the loaf out onto a wire rack to cool. Serve in slices
