Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
2 - 3 head of broccoli12 ox (1 pkg) of bacon3/4 cup red onion thinely chopped3/4 cup craisins1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded1 1/2 cup mayonnaise3 - 4 Tblsp white vinegar1/2 cup or less of granulated sugar1/4 cup toasted pine nuts (optional)Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Serving size approx 1 cup. Cook bacon until crispy and crumble. Wash broccoli and trim flowerets into bite-size pieces. Add the crumbled bacon, onion, craisins, cheese, and pine nuts (opt.) into a large bowl. In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients (mayo, vinegar, sugar AND salt & pepper to taste), stirring well. Add mixture into broccoli and toss gently.
