1 1/2 cups flour3/4cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 egg whites1/4 cup applesauce1/2 cup skim milkTOPPING1/3 cup Brown Sugar1/4 cup sugar2 tsp cinnamon
Combine Flour, sugar, baking powder and mix well. In a seperate bowl beat egg whites until foamy. Add applesauce, and milk. Add dry ingredients. Pour into a 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with topping. Makes 9 squares. GREAT with a GOOD CUP OF COFFEE
