Chicken & Rice Casserole (1cup)

Ingredients
3 lbs Chicken Breast, no skin, fat or bones1 & 1/2 cups of White Rice, long grain, dry1 pkg Lipton Onion Mushroom Soup & Dip Mix (Dry Mix) 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup4 cups water
Directions
Cut up chicken into bite size pieces, put aside.
In a 9X13 dish, mix rice, 4 cups water, Liption soup mix, and both chicken and mushroom soup cans. Put cut up chicken evenly over the whole top.
Bake at 350 for 1 & 1/2 hrs. Makes 12, 1 cup servings
