Peach Raspberry Crumble

Ingredients
3 cups sliced peaches, fresh or frozen and thawed1 cup raspberries2 tsp lemon juice6 Tbsp flour3 Tbsp whipped butter1 Tbsp crude wheat bran1/4 cup packed brown sugar3 tsp white sugar1 tsp ground cinnamon1/2 cup Old fashioned oats
Directions
Mix the berries and peaches with lemon juice and place in a microwave safe glass container. Cut the flour, wheat bran and butter together until like coarse cornmeal. Add brown and white sugars and cinnamon. Mix well then add the oats. Use this as topping for the berry peach mixture. Cook on high in microwave 10-12 minutes. Do not cover or you will lose the crunchy topping. Serve warm. Serves 4-6 depending on appetite size!
