Directions
4 Chicken Breast * read instructions1/4 cup melted butterMix together dry ingredients in a bowl:1/2 c Parmesan Cheese, grated or shredded1/2 tsp oregano1/4 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp pepper
I like to pound the chicken breast flatter so they are more even and cut each breast in half so I have 8 servings, or I'll cut them into strips to stretch it a bit more.
Dip the chicken in the melted butter and then dip in the dry mixture. Place in sprayed baking dish (around 9 x 13). Drizzle the leftover dry mixture on top followed by leftover butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Makes eight servings, 1/2 breast each.

This is a delicious recipe. You can use olive oil instead of butter. Also, I use fresh garlic instead of powdered and add parsley. Every time, I make this, it's a hit. So yummy! - 11/3/11

I agree--I would totally use olive oil now instead of butter! I think I'll have to make this for dinner again soon!
