Ingredients
4 tbspn olive/sesame oil1 tbsp coriander seeds1 tbsp cumin seeds1 tbsp garam masala whole mix1 tsp turmeric1 onion2, 10 oz frozen spinach1 can black beans1 can garbanzo beans1 can diced tomatoes1 cup plain yogurt1 cup cottage cheese/tofuhalf lemon
Directions
after indian chicken has cooked 25 min
heat oil in skillet, fry chopped onion with ground
coriander,cumin turmeric,&garam masala few mins
add frozen spinach, break up as heated
add canned beans & tomatoes
when bubbly, add yogurt, cottage cheese/tofu & lemon wedges
simmer 15 min till chicken done
