Barbcue Beef & Pork Sandwiches

5 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast5lbs Pork Tenderloin, 2.5 to 3 cups *Ketchup, Heinz, 1 1/4 cups Cider Vinegar8 tbsp chopped Onions, raw5 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce, 10 teaspoons Brown Sugar, 1 1/4 teaspoons Ground Mustard, 5 cloves Garlic,
Heat all ingredients to boiling in a sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly, Rduce heat , simmer uncovered about 30 minutes.
Roast Beef and pork at 325 degrees and it should take 2-3 hours depending on how many pounds you have. 5 lbs of Beef should take 1 1/2 hours and the pork 30 minutes per pound.
Slice the meat thinly and put into the suace and mix well to coat.
60 servings on a hamburger bun
This can be froze in small container to be eaten later.

I made the recipe for a big dinner at my Church. If you choose it break it down or make it and freeze it in smaller container you can.
