Pierogi Turkey Skillet

Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 cup all-purpose flour1 can beef broth1 pkg. potato and cheese pierogies, thawed2 cups frozen mixed veggies, thawed and drained1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper1/2 tsp. italian seasoning1/4 cup reduced fat cheese
Directions
In large skillet, cook turkey and onion over medium heat until it is no longer pink. Sprinle flour over turkey and stir until blended. Gradually add beef broth. Bring to a boil and cook and stir for 2 min or until thickened.

Stir in pierogies, vegetables and seasonings. Cook, uncoverd for 4-5 mins or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese.
