Ingredients
2 lbs Lean Ground Beef2 Cups plain bread crumbs1 Large Egg1/2 cup Tomato sauce1 Tbl chopped or minced onion1/2 Tbl garlic powderextra tomato sauce (about 1/4 cup)
Directions
Use either a small rack or a few balls of foil on bottom of cooker so meatloaf is not sitting in any grease. Take another large piece of aluminum foil and fold to a long strip. Place along bottom & up sides of crockpot with edges hanging over sides of crockpot (this is so you can pull the meatloaf out easily).

Mix all ingredients together and form into a loaf that will fit into crockpot. Place on foil strip and poke a few holes in the top of the meatloaf with your finger. Pour the extra tomato sauce into holes and over top of meatloaf.

Cook on low about 6 hours, Cook on high about 4 hours.

    This is great!
I just got a crock-pot and realized I had 2lbs of hamburger that needed to be cooked :) I used italian seasoned crumbs & 1/4 cup Egg Beaters (stuff i had) & accidently used a 1/4 cup too much sauce and it turned out pretty good. Thanks! - 10/5/09

I made this for dinner tdy with Mashed Potato. Only thing I changed was for the top of the meatloaf. I added Ketchup & BBQ sauce to the tomato sauce. But it was a great texture & taste. This is a keeper. - 9/3/15
