I enjoyed this recipe today. I would suggest a longer baking time [30mins]. - 12/10/09

I took a shortcut on this quick recipe: I used a prepared garlic stir fry sauce; Marinated overnigh and baked at 350 for about 45 minutes. The texture was wonderful and the taste was great. - 1/27/08

very tasty! I baked it for 20 min then broiled it 5 min on each side. - 1/7/09

This was delicious, but I agree it definitely needed to go in for much longer than 15 minutes. I left mine in for about 45 minutes and if I wasn't so hungry an hour would have been even better! - 1/26/08

It was more pepper than I could take. It also didn't cook down as much as I would have liked. I might use the idea again, but probably not this recipe. - 1/20/11

I didn't have O.J., so I used <1/4c lemon juice and some molasses. It came out great! I also threw some sliced zucchini in the pan to serve alongside. - 7/18/10

a bit too salty, but easy and spicy! :-) baked 20 mins on one side, then broiled 20 on other. - 6/9/10

Great recipe. A delicious alternative to meat. Easy to make and then heat up for lunch the next couple of days. - 3/8/08

I didn't have cider vinegar so I used rice vinegar. I don't know how much it changed the flavor but I didn't really care for it. The flavor for me was just okay and I wouldn't make it again. - 2/4/08

I marinated it all day and squeezed a real orange in it. I cooked it alot longer though. My girls liked it! Thanks! - 1/28/08
