Zucchini Crescent Pie

Ingredients
1 package pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls3 cups sliced zucchini1 clove garlic1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 sprig fresh dillweed1 tsp parsley2 T butter1 cup colby/jack shredded cheese2 egglands best eggs
Directions
Press crescent rolls into a greased pie plate. Saute zucchini in butter and garlic until tender. Add spices and half of cheese. Spoon into pie crust. Poor beaten eggs over top and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Makes 6 servings.

    This is a great recipe we've been using for years. We use mozzarella cheese and coat the rolls with mustard. I have never used dill in my recipe. - 9/29/13
