Microwave Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
1 cup elbow Macaroni2 tbsp flour1 tbsp instant minced onions1 1/2 cups milk1/4 cup water1 tsp margarine1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
1. In deep 2 qt. heat-resistant non-metalic casserole dish, combine all ingredients except cheese and bread crumbs.
2. Heat, covered on simmer (70%) in Microwave for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender, Stiring occasionally.
3. Stir in cheese until completely melted.
4. sprinkle with bread crumbs and allow to stand for 3-5 minutes before serving.
Makes 4 1/2 cup servings
