spinach pesto and pasta

Ingredients
12 oz angel hair pasta1/4 cup walnuts2 cloves garlic10 cups fresh spinach1/3 cup olive oil1/2 grated Parmesan cheesesalt and pepper to taste1 t lemon juice
Directions
cook pasta according to package. drain and return to pot. meanwhile, in a food processor, pulse the walnuts and garlic until chopped. add the spinach, oil, 1/4 c of Parmesan, and 1/4 t salt and pepper (or to taste). puree until smooth, scraping down the sides of the processor bowl as needed. add the pesto to the pasta and toss to coat. sprinkle with lemon juice and remaining Parmesan.
