20 oz ground turkey1/3 cup of grated cheese1 Egg white2 Slices of Wheat Bread (ground to crumbs in food processor)Mix all ingredients together and add garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and parsley to taste

Bake meatballs for 30 min at 375 (2 oz meatballs)
