Alfredo's pecan yogurt

Ingredients
Milk, 1%, 8 cup (remove)Pecans, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)Granulated Sugar, 5 tsp (remove)2 packages yogurt cultures
Directions
Toast pecans until golden brown, about 30 minutes ina 350 F oven. Chop finely and let cool.
Heat milk to 40 C. While it is heating, add pecans and sugar.
When milk is the right temperature, add the packages of yogurt cultures (available online) and set in a yogurt making machine overnight.
