Directions
In a food processor or blender mix sundried tomatoes and the rest of the sauce ingredients. Liquify until the consistency of a creamy salad dressing.

Lay out 6 big washed Romaine lettuce leaves. Then in Lasagna fashion layer slices of sweet potato, onion, papaya on each leaf.

Pour the sauce over each wrap. Roll up and enjoy.

    This recipe is very flexible. I use it as a stepping off point. I replaced nomya w/Bragg's Amino's & the sauce is AMAZING. Papayas weren't available so I used kiwi!! it adds just the right sweetness. The sky is the limit on what raw veggi's you like...then just add that sauce...it's divine! - 10/12/10
