Cabbage soup Polish home style

Ingredients
3 slices turkey bacon3 cups or 1/2 lb of chopped cabbage 2 carrots 1 potato 1 stalk celery or 1/2 cup1 1/2 quart water 2 T flour 2 T butter3 bayleaves3 allspice 3 peppercorns
Directions
Fry bacon ad chopped vegetables and water . Put spices in tea ball for ease of removal. Simmer 30 minutes. Blend flour and room temperature butter stir into soup after removing spice ball. Season with salt and pepper may serve with pierogies floating or dumplings yum.
