1 lb. Hot Italian Sausage3 Large Green jPeppers, chopped1 Large Onion, chopped1 Clove Garlic, chopped1 Large can Diced TomatoesItalian Seasonings to tasteSalt and Pepper to tasteOlive Oil for frying
Heat olive oil in a large pot. Cut sausage into small pieces, add to the oil and fry until brown. Remove from pan and add onions and garlic. Cook until onions and garlic are transparent. Add can of tomatoes, Italian seasonings, salt and pepper. Stir to blend, add sausage back to pot, cover and cook for about 1 hour. Serve on good Italian rolls or over pasta.
